I specialize in working with Adolescents who are struggling with fitting in, bullying, self-esteem, body image, behavioral issues, organizational skills, academic issues, eating disorders, family conflict, Obsessive-Compulsive, Peer Relationships, Substance Abuse, Teen Violence, Addiction, Anger Management, Impulsivity, Depression, Grief, Oppositional Defiance, Relationship Issues, Self-Harming, Suicidal Ideation, & Anxiety. I also work with adults in the areas mentioned above as well as Career Counseling. I will help you every step of the way on your journey. We will be in this together. I will use various counseling techniques to explore the foundation of current issues through cognitive re-framing.My therapeutic approach is in-depth and kind, I believe using kindness in therapy brings out the best in us.
