As a mental health counselor, I lead with genuine curiosity and openness. My passions are to help you understand what is going on in your life, encourage self-discovery, promote self-growth, and improve your overall quality of life. You are in the driver’s seat, while I’m in the passenger seat. Let’s be curious together – as curiosity allows us to become more self-aware, resilient, and accepting of change.
