I am no stranger to this and I know how much courage and strength it takes to reach out for help. Whatever situation you are in, I would love to help you find relief and healing. I am a National Certified Counselor trained in the trauma focused approach EMDR to facilitate healing from root issues. I am a Certified First Responder Associate, completed David Kessler's Grief Educator Certification to help those experiencing grief, a certified SYMBIS and Prepare/Enrich facilitator and pursuing a PhD in Counselor Ed. and Supervision.
