Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from National University and have been practicing for several years. I work with individuals navigating a variety of life challenges and support those managing a broad range of mental health diagnoses, including Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
