Hi! A sense of belonging is crucial. Life is hard. I believe that everyone has a plan and a purpose for their life and during hard times, we all need someone to come along the side of us to lend encouragement and non-judgmental support. Therapy can be scary; I would love to listen to your story and work with you towards health and healing. Walking alongside of others with curiosity and empathy during hard times is a passion of mine. Learning and building coping skills and a sense of belonging, while being curious about your plan and purpose is what I'd love to help you with. I offer faith based counseling and traditional counseling.
