Hello! I'm Tara, and my job is to empower people to become the best version of themselves. I provide therapy and life coaching services and am particularly passionate about working with the specific challenges faced by young adults living in Bay Area. My clients will tell you that I'm accepting, interactive and humorous. I believe deeply in the power of positivity and personal connection. My specialty areas include: life transitions, navigating your 20's/30's (quarter-life crises), self-esteem, body image, disordered eating, anxiety , stress management, dating and relationships, healthy communication, and entrepreneurial stress. In addition to the above, I also have extensive expertise supporting clients who are considering, or who have already undergone, bariatric surgery. I am also the Founder/Executive Director of The Connective (formerly Wellspace SF), an integrative practice of therapists, certified coaches, and holistic health professionals.
