Welcome! I am here to work with and support children, teens, and young adults who need a safe, nonjudgmental environment to deal with life's challenges. I aim for my patients to feel comfortable and eager to come to me to vent, problem-solve, or to celebrate in their accomplishments! I enjoy collaborating with my patient's family to help them reach their goals and facilitate a better understanding of the patients' needs and encourage ways to implement the skills they’ve learned into home, school, or in the community. I am licensed to provide services to patients residing in New York and New Jersey. I have an extensive background working with children, adolescents, and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, impulsivity, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I have almost 10 years of experience working with this population in schools, outpatient clinics, community-based programs, and in-home therapy.
