Through a systemic counseling perspective, I focus on goals of fortifying resilience, illuminating strengths, and facilitating growth and development. I believe that every individual possesses significant and unique value and potential. I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, which helps clients explore and harmonize their internal "parts" or subpersonalities.
