There are times in life when our experiences can leave us feeling isolated, anxious, unloved, and questioning whether we are “good enough”. We may struggle to trust others or the world around us; doubting, hating, hurting or numbing ourselves in an attempt to alleviate pain. As a therapist , my goal is to help each of my clients feel as comfortable and safe as possible, in a trusting, and supportive environment.
