Hi there, I'm Tara! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, practicing since 2011. I believe that mental health isn’t just about what’s going on inside of us but also about the world we live in, the relationships we build, and the systems we interact with. I take a whole-person approach to therapy, helping you find balance and strength in all aspects of your life. I use evidence-based techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, but I also know that therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all.
