I am an LCSW with over 30 years of experience. I believe that the most important indicator of success in therapy is ensuring that clients feel heard and respected. I create an environment which promotes safety and comfort. I work with clients at their own pace, and we decide together what goals they would like to address. Treatment is individually tailored to support clients manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship issues and grief. A strong therapeutic alliance allows for me to get the best clinical understanding in order to help with meaningful change.
