I am a therapist committed to supporting people who are experiencing the very human challenge of feeling caught in a pattern, stuck and unable to move forward at their desired pace, leading to feelings of dissatisfaction and distress. Distress and dissatisfaction may be experienced as trauma symptoms, depression, anxiety, stress, anger, loneliness, addiction, and relationship problems. I believe everyone is born with an innate intelligence designed to fully express itself. My goal is to assist individuals in living their optimal life through the use of specialties such as cognitive behavior therapy, cognitive processing therapy, EMDR, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, and a humanistic approach.
