Sometimes life does not turn out the way we had hoped it would, and sometimes it does and we find ourselves confused about how we feel about it all. One day we start to question our lifelong belief that we are “the good Christian heterosexual" and feel the intense desire to live as our authentic selves. Or we question what we're doing with our lives. Life oscillates between heartbreaking times and beautiful moments and everything in between. Part of being a human being is overcoming challenges and allowing life’s beauty into our lives by welcoming meaningful connection and support from other trusted individuals. View 5 Photos Therapy is a safe space where you are able to show up as your authentic self and together, we will be able to navigate through any difficulties in your life along with celebrating your strength and inner wisdom. My passion is working with adults from the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
