I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with seven years experience working with individuals with a variety of mental health concerns. Whether you're experiencing daily life stressors, generalized anxiety or depression, impulsivity concerns or a history of trauma, I am here to help. Your goals are my goals; let's identify and work towards achieving them together. I have experience in working with children (age five and up), adolescents and adults. I offer individuals a non-judgmental, empathetic and validating environment to process their thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
