At any point, we may experience life transitions we were not expecting. There may be a part of you wondering if perhaps it’s time for a change, to reduce stress, deal with past trauma, create a new or revised path for yourself, or to focus on healing. I believe every single person has tools that they, knowingly or not, tap into even in the toughest situations. Humans are incredibly adaptive beings and the more we have the opportunity to lean into our authentic selves, the better.
