People come to therapy for many reasons. Some feel anxious or overwhelmed, while others are navigating change, loss, or internal shifts that are hard to put into words. Often, it begins with a quiet sense that continuing the same way is no longer sustainable. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who may appear outwardly put together or visibly overwhelmed, yet are carrying a great deal internally. Many struggle with anxiety, distraction, emotional overload, or managing life demands, while others are navigating transitions such as college, career changes, parenthood, or perimenopause and menopause.
