I specialize in working with couples, relationships, families, women, LGBTQIA+ folks, and relational trauma. I also have additional awareness of and hold in mind health at every size, neurodivergence, and infertility care. A shared goal of ours would be to learn how to honor yourself and lean into the world with curiosity and compassion. Your other therapeutic goals are uniquely your own, and I will come alongside you to support you in determining your path forward, while building self-trust. My background as a marriage and family therapist is rooted in a systemic lens, so I am particularly interested in building insight around how your relationships and the larger systems you're a part of impact your experience. This lens allows me to intentionally address the ways people are feeling stuck and bring about a deeper healing.
