I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working with clients in California via Telehealth. I work with adults and older adults who have experienced trauma, chronic health issues, chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. I utilize an integrative approach drawing from my training in IFS, EMDR, CBT, and Somatic Art therapy. I offer concrete tools and skills to help you navigate your way toward a more vibrant and purposeful life. Self-limiting beliefs can keep us repeating the same cycles inadvertently. We will work collaboratively towards gently unraveling old patterns and unproductive loops that may be keeping you feeling stuck.
