Nice to meet you, I'm Tara! My name is Tara McDaniel and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Ventura County, California and working with clients statewide via telehealth. My approach is eclectic, but can be more specific as needed. My approach varies based on the individual needs of each client that I work with. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Attachment Theory, to help create a sense of awareness and understanding and allow us to work together on moving towards change.
