Prior to joining LifeStance Health, Tara worked in an integrated health care setting. She worked as an employment counselor, case manager and therapist assisting individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness. Working in this capacity allowed her to expand her therapeutic skills in a unique way, further enabling her to provide support to a more diverse population.
