After decades of being in private practice I understand the importance of a nurturing, supportive and collaborative environment. It has been my goal to work closely with my patients helping them develop the tools and strategies necessary to succeed in living a deep and meaningful life. During sessions I guide my patients to explore and address what is hidden so that together we can create a better foundation for moving forward. Changes in family dynamics, children, marital issues, anxiety and overall stress of daily life affects us all. These are not insurmountable barriers merely obstacles that can be navigated and overcome.
