I am honored that you are considering me to help you with your journey toward self-discovery and mental health. I have over a decade of experience working with people throughout the lifespan on a variety of concerns, including family issues, interpersonal issues, trauma, grief, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and body image concerns, among others. I am certified in perinatal mental health, including fertility issues, mental health during pregnancy, pregnancy loss and traumatic birth experiences and postpartum mental health and adjustment. I also have extensive experience working with college students and trauma.
