Welcome! Our first step together will be co-creating a safe space for you to unpack what is currently going on in your life and the history of what has lead you to now. With this foundation we will be able to create a path towards healing, healthier relationships, personal growth and resilience. Individuals often come to me with a history of excessive worrying, unsatisfying relationships, depression, traumatic experiences and low self-worth. Life might be hard right now, but it can get easier.
