My name is Tara and I'm a licensed somatic trauma therapist. I help people with more than one marginalized identity - BIPOC, queer, women, neurodivergent folks - who struggle with self-doubt and distrust, resolve oppression and interpersonal traumas so that they can feel more at home in their bodies and the world. You want to be able to speak to someone who gets you, who can put words to things you’ve been feeling, who can break it down in a way you understand without having to explain or be microaggressed. That's exactly why I opened my practice. I got you. I will be direct, kind and empathetic with a little sprinkle of dark humor.
