I'm a warm, accepting, and empathetic therapist, but I will also give honest and direct feedback when it’s helpful. I became a therapist because I’ve always enjoyed listening to understand, which often leads to clarity and ideas for resolution. I've been a full time therapist since 2015 (I spent three years as a therapeutic case manager after graduating in 2012). I offer couples a safe place to communicate feelings and concerns with support so that each partner can be heard and better understood. I offer individuals a place to process thoughts and emotions with helpful questions and brief insights to find healing and resolve. I provide counseling for men, women, couple’s, families, and teens. Areas of specialty for me include overcoming personal insecurities, relational issues, effects of an adverse childhood, depression, anxiety/fear, and stress management. I have a Christian background, but am also very respectful of my client’s personal beliefs.
