I am committed to offering a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach to counseling is collaborative, compassionately direct, and relational. I am also a Certified First Responder Counselor with Academy Hour and have a deep respect for the demands, culture, and unseen weight often carried by those who serve others.
