You or your child may be holding a lot—quietly overwhelmed, emotionally intense, or just exhausted from trying to “be okay.” Maybe your child is highly sensitive, anxious, or acting out in ways you don’t fully understand. Maybe you’re a parent doing your best, but feeling stretched thin. Or maybe you’re an adult who has always felt a little “different”; deep-feeling, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns you’re ready to move through. I offer therapy for both children and adults, creating a calm and creative space where healing feels possible.
