I enjoy meeting with individuals (to better understand and manage the emotions, behaviors, and relationships that sometimes make life difficult), couples (to discuss challenges that arise while providing support and tools necessary to re-establish a healthy partnership), and families (identify patterns to assist family's to improve communication, thrive in tough situations, and feel more stable and supported). I utilize evidence-based approaches during sessions to best meet each client’s individual needs.
