We are here to support you every step of the way. We work closely to increase awareness and encourage an overall goal of self awareness and self control. We believe that every human has the potential to fulfill their dreams and create an outcome they desire. Specializing in therapy that support the whole person. We provide a safe space to discuss, explore, and address difficult issues and life events. We provide individual therapy that is strength based and has roots in Positive Psychology, Solution focused therapies and Humanistic approach. Play therapy and Expressive Arts therapies are used with younger ones.
