I am passionate about providing person-centered, tailored approaches in counseling sessions to work towards your mental health goals. I recognize the need to provide both support and assist in teaching you tools to feel better outside of and beyond our time together. I have diverse experience working with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and groups. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with individuals managing concerns related to grief, illness, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, and life stage transitions.
