I want to help people to live their best life and overcome their insecurities. I believe that everyone has the inner strength to help them improve their relationship with themselves both mentally and physically. I have worked with people from all walks of life from just being released from incarceration to working on wall street. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults trying to manage a variety of concerns including self-esteem, ADHD and neurodivergence, substance use, gender affirming care, diverse relationship structures, and women's issues.
