My treatment approach is eclectic in nature, but I mainly use psychodynamic therapy in my practice. Clients would would benefit from my services if they are ready to examine and develop insight into how past experiences impact their present lives. Clients should expect to be validated and gently challenged in therapy in order to get through the mental blocks that keep them stuck in repeating the same self-destructive patterns.
