I specialize in couples, matrescence, and adolescents. For couples, I offer therapy grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Together, we work to understand and alter painful patterns, to practice effective communication and connection, and to foster an environment for secure attachment. Matrescence, or the process of becoming a mother, encapsulates this monumental journey of transformation. Adolescence also captures a chapter of life woven with change, expansion, and often challenges. For mothers and adolescents, I use a psychodynamic approach to facilitate integration and healing.
