Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make it feel safe, collaborative, and meaningful from the very first session. I am an Associate Counselor of Mental Health who works with adults navigating anxiety, OCD, and the effects of trauma. I take a trauma-informed, collaborative approach, recognizing how past experiences can shape present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered as we work toward meaningful change. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), helping clients better understand their patterns, reduce distress, and build effective coping skills. I also work with individuals processing trauma, focusing on restoring a sense of stability, self-compassion, and control.
