I work with those who may navigating past traumatic experiences, sexual difficulties, or struggle with differentiation, often within intimate relationships. It is important to seek a safe, compassionate space to explore their emotions and experiences. My goal is to work collaboratively to heal, rebuild trust, and regain a sense of empowerment within their daily life. Using humanistic therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Integrative Systemic Therapy, I work collaboratively to support healing, connection, and lasting growth.
