Life can be wonderful, exciting and full of joy! However, sometimes the continued stress and challenges of today's world have made it difficult for individuals and couples to find time to be loving, compassionate, and kind to themselves and others. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and exhausted. They are looking for support as they re-engage in loving themselves and growing their capacity for self-compassion and care. Many individuals I see are hoping to relieve and manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and apathy. I help guide clients as they reflect and identify areas for growth and change.
