I hold a Master of Education with a concentration in Counseling and Development and Master of Human Nutrition both from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Registered Dietitian / Nutritionist, Licensed Dietitian / Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I am committed to providing researched-based, scientifically proven techniques and solutions with honesty, integrity, professionalism, respect and confidentiality. Counseling requires your active involvement in the process of change. It often requires that you challenge self-defeating thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You will be asked to work both in and out of the counseling sessions.
