In an ideal world, we hope to live our lives without problems, pain, loss, or mistakes. But what we don’t always realize is that those experiences are the very fabric that shapes us and makes us better. What do I mean? Iron sharpens iron. Fire forges steel. We reach our highest potential when we go through the fire bumped and bruised along the way, scars left, but still standing and stronger for it. I’m here to process with you, build coping skills, and mirror the blind spots you might not see on your own. As a therapist, I know how important it is to remain grounded in reality and hold a healthy sense of perspective.
