You possess within yourself what you need to heal. I believe this! I embrace a person-centered approach to therapy, where each person I see understands they are valuable, and in a judgment-free place to learn to help themselves. I have worked primarily with teen girls/ adult women and children in general. Over the last few years I have also been a college professor, and am well versed in issues faced by those in multiple roles across the higher education setting.
