About
I work with adolescents (12+), adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, identity, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My practice is rooted in affirming care for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, and I’m passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals (including those with ADHD and autism), as well as those exploring parenting, family systems, and non-monogamous relationships. Further areas of focus include couples relationship counseling, conflict resolution, sex and intimacy, complex trauma, chronic medical conditions, and the mental health impacts of social injustice. I use a trauma-informed and intersectional approach, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative, Brainspotting, and systemic therapy. I’m Gottman Level 2 certified for couples therapy and hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, currently working toward licensure as a Master's level clinician.
