Are you struggling with self esteem or perfectionism? Are you dealing with trauma or harmful parenting from childhood that affects your life and relationships? Do you have social anxiety and want practical coping skills? I am here to help. I am passionate about developing holistic mental health hygiene that decreases anxiety and trauma symptoms. I am also trained to work with childhood trauma and first responder trauma to build self-care and also dive deeper to address root causes. Clients who work with me feel grounded, learn coping skills, and feel confident to manage life challenges.
