Hi there! I specialize in somatic and emotions-focused therapy. I work in helping those heal through anxiety, shame, emotional dysregulation, relational challenges and past trauma. I work with those who feel overwhelmed by their emotions or feel lost in their pain from their traumatic experiences. My clients typically feel ready to care for their mental health but have no idea where to start, or maybe have tried traditional talk therapy in the past but are still feeling stuck. I believe all humans are wired to heal, and my job is to help you access this part, and support you as we navigate the emotional pain together.
