I have experience working with a wide range of issues and I truly believe in the healing power of therapy. My areas of specialty include: couples therapy, first responders/law enforcement professionals, Native American/Alaska Natives, LGBTQ+, high-conflict couples, trauma, depression, grief and loss, child and teen therapy and many other life transition problems. I approach each client with warmth and understanding and I am proactive in helping to create change. I love my work and am passionate about investing in people and relationships.
