I am dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their inner guidance, build self-compassion, and cultivate safety and regulation within the body and nervous system. Specializing in trauma-informed care, I assist clients to deepen into a state of wholeness. Through a gentle, collaborative approach, I guide clients in exploring the unconscious mind to heal and integrate fragmented parts of the self. I believe that working with, rather than against, the unconscious mind is essential for uncovering the path toward lasting mental health.
