My approach is grounded in positive psychology, emphasizing your inherent strengths, resilience, and ability to grow through life’s challenges. Your first session is a welcoming space to begin getting to know each other. We’ll review your initial assessment, talk about what brought you to therapy, and explore your strengths alongside the challenges you’re facing.
