Hello, I'm Tatum, a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach which blends trauma-focused, attachment-based, and somatic modalities. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and their families on a variety of diagnoses and symptoms. This includes depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relational issues, PTSD, complex trauma, as well as supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. My passion lies in creating a secure and supportive environment, aiming to set every client up for success. My goal is to empower clients to gain profound insights, explore their emotions, and acquire the skills to nurture self-compassion. With an interest in somatic awareness, I guide clients in learning to regulate their nervous system and develop effective coping strategies.
