I have been working with adolescents, adults and families since the mid 1980's. Substance abuse, depression, anxiety, LGBT and family issues are the areas that I have the most experience in. I believe folks come to therapy because some aspects of their lives are not working...we will explore these issues and move to get you where you want and need to be. I have many years of various types of training, but the most important is to get people back to being comfortable, happy and productive in their own world. Compassion and humor are extremely important values to find in each of our lives!!
