Life certainly has its difficult moments and oftentimes these moments certainly have an impact on our ability to move forward. In many cases, our forward view is darkened and causes us to stumble and sometimes fall. The result of this usually leads to stagnation. This stagnation can lead to maladaptive issues: anxiety, depression, fear, loneliness and what we see in children behavior issues, However, there is a brighter side to these particular dark situations that I am eager and honored to shed light upon.
