Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling stressed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, burnout, and identity concerns. My style is collaborative and down-to-earth. We'll work together to slow things down, make sense of what’s going on, and build tools that actually fit your life.
