Together through our therapeutic relationship, I will help you identify and address the root causes of your pain and symptoms in order to create a greater capacity to experience joy and cope with life challenges. We will explore patterns of behavior that have developed over time and understand how these patterns have impacted how you see yourself and relate to others. I have expertise in supporting people from various backgrounds in addressing relational wounds, systemic oppression, and trauma. I recognize and affirm the intersectionality and complex identities of BIPOC communities and support with integration and healing.
